Can I make an offer on an item?
Not right now, but you will be able to in the future. We advise all sellers to price-to-sell so you get the best deal possible.
How long does delivery take?
We issue prepaid overnight courier labels to our sellers, however it can (especially in covid times or due to a rural location) take longer. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent a tracking number for you to track your order and follow-up with the courier.
Can I return an item?
Our Buyer Protection means customers have 72 hours after delivery to raise a dispute with us if they feel the item is fake or significantly not as described.
Customers cannot return an item due to change of mind however they can resell the item on the platform.
Are there any buyers fees?
No, the price you see on the item is the price you will pay.

If your item is significantly not as described you need to raise a dispute by contacting us within 72 hours of delivery.
