Upload your item/s via our easy listing form and if approved, we'll list it for you for 30 days on 56ROCKET™ - all listings are free.

It's that easy.

2. sell

Once your item sells, we'll email you a complimentary prepaid label for you to send your item to the buyer.

3. you Get Paid

We'll deposit the items sale price (less fees) into your chosen payment channel after the buyers cooling off period of 72 hours of it being delivered. You can opt to be paid via PayPal, direct credit to your bank account or request a 56R credit to use towards your next purchase.

How do I know if my item is sold?

We'll notify you as soon as your item sells via email with your buyers' prepaid label attached.

How will I know if my item is approved?
We'll email you.

Can I sell my item elsewhere while it's with you?
Yes, however if it sells elsewhere within the 30 days of it being listed on 56ROCKET™, you muct let us know by emailing contact@56rocket.com

Can I use my own shipping label to send the item?
Please only use the prepaid label we provide as this allows us to track the item and follow-up with the buyer if necessary.

What happens if my item doesn't sell?
You are welcome to relist it as many times as you like! You just need to let us know by emailing us your listing number.

How much does it cost to list?
Nothing, it's free to list.

What is your commission?
We have a 12.9% commission fee upon sale. See Seller Fees above for more information.

How can I recieve payment?
We can pay into a PayPal account, via direct credit into your bank account or issue you with a 56R Credit to spend on a new purchase.

What's a 'buyer cooling off period'?
Within our premium service, we offer buyer protection - this means the buyer has 72 hours upon delivery of the item to raise any significant issues (e.g. item significantly as described, not authentic)

Why did you not accept my item?
We assess items based on their brand, authenticity and condition, if it is not on our brand list, we believe it to be fake or it is in a poor condition, we will be unable to accept your item.

Can the customer return an item?
Our Buyer Protection means customers have 72 hours to raise a dispute with us if they feel the item is fake or significantly not as described.
Customers cannot return an item due to change of mind or after the 72 hour cooling off period.

ITEM CONDITION GUIDELINES

Condition Description

Pristine

The item is new or has barely been used. It shows no wear and tear and comes with a box, dust bag, and authenticity card (where relevant).

Excellent

The item is in impeccable condition with barely noticeable signs of use.

Very Good

The item has been used but very well taken care of. There are limited signs of wear and these will be described in detail and/or visually declared in the photos.

Good

The item has been used and has visible signs of wear, e.g. there may be slight patina (a gloss or sheen resulting from age or polishing) and other indications of use. All signs of use will be described in detail and/or visually declared in the photos.

Used

The item has been well loved and may have scratches or other more obvious signs of wear. All imperfections will be described in detail and/or visually declared in the photos.

Poor

The items that is in poor condition with significant signs of wear and tear. It may not be suitable.
